Metz Culinary Management was established in 1994 as a custom on-site management company, with a ''guest first'' philosophy for a variety of marketing segments, including corporate catering, higher education, school services, healthcare, and corporate dining. Our commitment is to provide restaurant-inspires hospitality for each and every guest.

As a regional company, with a local office in Sarasota, we can provide the highest level of service and culinary excellence. In January of 2018, Metz Culinary Management opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art culinary center in Sarasota. The facility is led by a dynamic culinary team that is ready to support the catering needs of your next meeting, employee appreciation gathering, or large-scale corporate event. Ingredients are locally sourced, menus are tailored to the taste of you and your team, and our emphasis is always on scratch preparation and homemade offerings.
