Creek Engineering provides civil, geotechnical, environmental, and mapping services throughout Southwest Florida for residential and mid-size commercial projects. For 30+ years, we've helped developers navigate complex permitting across Charlotte, Sarasota, Lee, Collier, DeSoto, Manatee, Hendry, and Hillsborough counties. Our in-house team handles site planning, soil evaluations, compaction testing, road core testing, environmental surveys, wetland delineation, gopher tortoise management, Phase I ESAs, and septic system design — all under one roof. Veteran-founded and locally rooted, we specialize in projects up to 10 acres where regulatory complexity meets tight timelines.
