Issa Homes is seeking a polished, personable Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts and serve as the on-site representative at the Issa Homes model located inside SeaFlower. This role is part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as sales activity increases.

This position is ideal for someone with real estate front desk or reception experience who understands how to support real estate professionals, manage inquiries, and create a welcoming, professional first impression.

Primary Responsibilities

Model Home & Front Desk Operations

  • Staff and manage the Issa Homes model home inside SeaFlower during assigned hours

  • Greet visitors professionally and create a warm, knowledgeable first impression

  • Answer incoming calls, return messages promptly, and route inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready model environment

Sales Support & Traffic Tracking

  • Track all model traffic, inquiries, and follow-ups accurately

  • Collect visitor information and ensure proper entry into CRM or tracking systems

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly traffic and activity reports

  • Support the Issa Homes and SeaFlower sales teams with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination

Marketing Support

  • Ensure all marketing materials (brochures, pricing sheets, floor plans, signage, digital displays) are current, accurate, and available

  • Assist with light marketing tasks such as:

    • Updating displays

    • Coordinating printed materials

    • Supporting on-site promotions or events

  • Serve as a feedback loop from visitors to the marketing team (what questions buyers are asking, what’s resonating, what’s unclear)

Product & Community Knowledge

  • Fully educate yourself on:

    • SeaFlower community vision, amenities, and lifestyle

    • Issa Homes product line, floor plans, options, and pricing

    • Buyer personas, including primary residents, second-home buyers, and luxury buyers

  • Confidently answer general questions and know when to escalate more detailed inquiries to sales leadership

 


 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Real estate front desk or reception experience is required

  • Experience assisting real estate professionals (agents, brokers, builders, or sales teams)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, polished demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Comfortable answering phones, managing multiple inquiries, and tracking activity

  • Proficiency with basic technology (email, spreadsheets, CRM or tracking systems)

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in new construction sales environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or traffic tracking tools

  • Canva or basic marketing support experience

  • Interested and passionate in a real estate, marketing, or sales career growth

 


 

Work Schedule & Growth Opportunity

  • Part-time position to start (schedule aligned with model home hours)

  • On-site role at the Issa Homes model inside SeaFlower

  • Potential to grow into a full-time sales or marketing support role as demand increases
