This is the SMC Planning meeting for October of 2023. Come prepared to work & have some fun planning the events for the year and to start planning events for next year.
The Sales and Marketing Council brings together the sales and marketing professionals in the home building industry to help improve their sales and marketing techniques and success through educational opportunities, exchange of ideas, and events or activities specifically targeted for your professional growth. The members of this council are responsible for the planning and implementation of their events and activities.
This council is designed specifically for individuals seeking greater understanding of the new homes sales industry and serves to recognize those members through award programs that showcase examples of sales and marketing excellence. Any builder, associate or affiliate member or employee of a firm that is a member of MSBIA is eligible for membership in the Council. Members of the local council automatically become members of NAHB?s National Sales & Marketing Council.
