Building & Design Council

The Building & Design Council focuses on best practices for the Building and Design discipline in construction. This council will focus on remodeling for residential and commercial construction, custom home building, architecture, interior design, building trades and suppliers.

This council is dedicated to providing quality education, information, and business & social networking opportunities to members involved in these industries. Any Builder, Associate, or Affiliate member, or employee representative is eligible for membership in the Council.

There is no fee to be a member of the Building & Design Council. Members of MS-BIA that wish to be recognized by NAHB as a member of the Remodeler's Council, will have a yearly membership fee of $75.

Applicants must be a primary member or employee of a member in good standing of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association.
