These issues include EPA's new Waters of the U.S. rule\, OSHA's crystalline silica regulation\, the Federal Flood Risk Management Standard\, building codes\, EPA's lead paint rule\, and several labor issues\, including a proposed rule expanding overtime and another that makes it nearly impossible for employers to consult privately with legal counsel when facing union organizing.\n\nI want to thank you for your support on these and other important advocacy efforts. But we cannot rest. In this election year it is critical that we support pro-housing and pro-business candidates for federal office. Tax reform\, housing finance\, immigration and many other critical issues may be in play for the next Congress.
